Mr Osvaldo Muchanga a Mozambique born who is the managing director of record TV net work Uganda, an international TV based in Brazil has sacked over 100 employees under unclear circumstances.

According to the source that talked to our reporter Mr Muchanga ever since he was appointed as a managing director of record TV has sacked employees on grounds that they have over stayed at work.

 Mr Muchanga before sacking them gave them an option of working on probation of which the employees rejected because their contracts were still valid. They say that they are being sacked because who he wants to recruit Kenyans and he has even appointed his wife as a station accountant.

The source further said that the immigration office at the ministry of internal Affairs has refused to renew Mr Muchanga work permit which expired last year saying that he has mistreated Ugandans.

The sacked record TV employees have decided to petition the speaker of parliament expressing dissatisfaction on the way they have been sacked. The source also told us that the workers MP Alinaitwe Rwakajara is the one spearheading the petition.
