PLE results are to be released today.UNEB will release the 2012 PLE results at Statistics House  in Kampala at 10am.

565,663 students sat for Primary Leaving Examinations in 2012.Out of  565,663 , 463,332 pupils were registered under Universal Primary Education (UPE) .

102,331 were registered as private students .At least 1,000 special needs candidates  were registered plus 70 condemned prisoners based at Luzira Prison.
The selection  exercise of students joining government schools will begin next week and Senior One students will start school on February 4,2013.
