President Yoweri Museveni over the weekend met some of Uganda’s top leaders at  at State House, Entebbe and the group discussed different issues affecting the country to find a way forward.

A statement issued at the end of the meeting and signed by the Acting Government Chief Whip, Hon. Rose Namayanja Nsereko, says that “different political were assigned different tasks in ensuring that maximum harmony in the country prevails.

Some of the leaders who attended the meeting include;
Vice President ,Edward Kiwanuka Sekandi ,Speaker of Parliament, Rebecca  Kadaga ,Deputy Speaker of parliament , Jacob Oulanyah
Rt. Hon. Prime Minister, Amama Mbabazi ,The Attorney General, Peter Nyombi,Minister for Presidency, Frank Tumwebaze
Minister of Information Communication Technology (ICT) Hon. Dr. Ruhakana Rugunda

Others include; Minister of Local Government, Hon Adolf Mwesige,  Minister without Portfolio, Richard Todwong, The Acting Government Chief Whip, Hon. Rose Namayanja Nsereko,The NRM Vice Chairman for Eastern Region, Hon Mike Mukula, The Vice Chairperson of NRM Caucus, Hon. David Bahati and the  the Parliamentary Commissioner, Dr. Chris Baryomunsi
