Lwemiyaga County MP Theodore Sekikubo has been arrested over the statements he made over the death of Butaleja MP ,Cerina Nebanda.

Sekikuubo was arrested from Bombo road at around 10:30 .Police has been hunting for Sekikuubo and other MPs over the statements they made concerning the  death of Cerina Nebanda.Police say their statements incited the public.

Sekikuubo is being detained at Kira Police station .This morning he was transferred from  the Police Special Investigations Unit in Kireka, a Kampala suburb where he spent a night.

Bugweri County MP Abdu Katuntu together with Kampala Central MP ,Mohamed Nsereko have  camped at Kira Police station to check what is happening wit their fellow legislator.

Other MPs wanted by police to substantiate statements on Nebanda’s death include ,Semuju Nganda ,Sam Lyomoki and Betty Nambooze.Other MPs like Nsereko  ,Dr Chris Baryomunsi  and Bitekyerezo appeared before police for  questioning over the allegations and were granted bail.
