Hillary Onek the Internal Affairs Minister  has suffered a  stroke and has been flown out of the country for  better medical treatment.

Onek is said to have suffered a mild stroke due to an undiagnosed heart condition .He is in India undergoing treatment .

The minister of Information ,Mary Karooro Okurut yesterday said she did not have a lot of information  about Hillary Onek’s health.

Hillary Onek He is the cureent Minister of Internal Affairs in the Ugandan Cabinet. He was appointed to that position on 27 May 2011. He replaced Kirunda Kivejinja, who was dropped from the Cabinet.
