Meddie  Ssentogo  the jailed  Kampala socialite has been charged with illegal possession of a gun .

Sentongo appeared at Buganda Road Court, from Luzira Prison where he is serving an 18-month sentence for conspiring  with another Socialite ,Shanita Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black  to defraud sh11b from Davashan company.

The Court presided over by Eleanor Khainza, heard that on 19 October , 2011, Ssentongo threatened to injure court bailiff Christopher Kwizera with a firearm at Garden city shopping Mall located in  Kampala city centre.

The court Bailiff had been sent to arrest him over the embezzlement case  with Bad Black.
