KCCA law enforcement officers are fake; Lukwago

KCCA lord mayor Elias Lukwago has today criticized the Kampala Capital City Authority  enforcement officers stating that they  do not have the required qualifications to do the work assigned to them.

The Lord Mayor who was appearing Public Service committee  said that the authority enforcement officers were picked from the streets  while some were got from villages .

“These people are always picked from the streets and appointed as enforcement officers by the executive director. They are not trained at all .That is why they do not know how to handle street vendors”Lukwago noted

“They can not do anything in KCCA apart from mistreating Ugandans. The executive director just picks them from villages any how to come and help her in demolishing people’s houses and evicting the poor vendors from the streets. They are incompetent and should be dropped from their jobs,” The KCCA lord mayor mentioned

Lukwago  also pinned Jennifer Musisi for  misusing the 700million shillings when she changed the logo of the city.

“The money was not provided for in the KCCA budget. Madam Musisi called people at Serena Hotel and ate the 700 million shillings .They enjoyed wine, Beers and chicken,” The angry Mayor  noted.

“My heart is crying day in and day out because the log of KCCA was changed under  my regime”He added
