City Businessman Andrew Kananura was on Thursday charged with another charge of obtaining money with  false pretense. Kananura is already facing  the charge of murdering his employee , Badru Kateregga, at his Panamera Bar and Restaurant in Naguru.

On Thursday  Buganda Road court  presided over by chief magistrate, Eleanor Khainza  heard that between November 16 and December 25 last year, Kananura made a deal  to sell and supply Sulait Semakula of Sema Properties Ltd a grader 140OG-Caterpillar at shs340,000,000.

However Kananura failed to deliver the  vehicle in question which forced  Mr.Semakula to seek legal help.Kananura was arrested this month at Entebbe airport .He had been in hiding over the death of an employee at his bar .
