“I am Innocent” ,Adam Kalungi Makes Turn Around on Nebanda’s Death

Adam Suleiman Kalungi the key suspect in the death of Butaleja MP Cerina Nebanda has made a turn around on Nebanda’s death by pleading innocent .

On Monday Adam Kalungi pleaded guilty of killing Cerina Nebanda before Chief Magistrate Esther Nambayo Nambayo however adjourned court to today- Tuesday such that Kalungi can appear with lawyers. Esther Nambayo had stated that Kalungi did not have lawyer to advise him on the consequences.

Kalungi appeared at court this morning with three private lawyers; Geoffrey Kandeebe Ntabirweki, Dancun Ondimu and Renato Kania and pleaded not guilty.

Kalungi was on Monday charged with manslaughter and unlawful possession of narcotic drugs.He has been remanded at Luzira prison.

Adam will win or take a lesser sentence. he did not administer drugs to the late MP. She took them on her own.

Let him be tried for dealing in drugs and not for administering them to the late MP coz she did not die of drugs. Do drugs coz the bursting of the pancreas?A few more qns for u mwalimu: 1. Before autopsy, the IGP said on the scene that she had died of drugs, how did he know? 2. Why didn’t he arrest Adam before, if he knew him as a drug dealer? 3. Who informed him about the demise of the MP for him to be the first one to appear there? 4. When your kid is sick don’t you take him/her to the doctor of your choice? Why did they arrest the pathologist Onzivua from taking the samples to S.A. to find the truth having been hired by the Nebanda family? 5. I hear the police camped in Nairobi for three days before the alleged arrest of Adam. Who told them that he was hiding in Kenya? Why didn’t they camp in Kigali, Juba, Goma, Mogadishu etc? 6. How come since the alleged arrest in Mombasa, no Kenyan media has published that story? 7. Mombasa-malaba takes 14 hours by road, how come it took 6 hrs? 8. Do u know what it takes to extradite someone from a country? Do u remember how many days it took to extradite the Kyadondo terror suspect from Dar? 9. People have been poisoned before in the world. Assuming Nebanda was poisoned, would the source of the poison be detected by pathologists? Of course no. Why is the govt panicking then? 10. Would I be an idiot to believe this govt crap or not to believe it? Over to u Mwalimu.

I would help them remain on the track and ask logical questions. u know the police can sometimes do very illogical things.
