The Gulu university vice chancellor, Professor Jack Nyeko Pen-Mogi has called on the Gulu University students who graduated last Saturday to show good examples in the community where ever they go after graduation.
Professor Pen-Mogi was speaking during the graduation ceremony at Gulu University campus in Laroo division.
Pen-Mogi argued that the Graduates should not blame the university but blame themselves for the misbehaving in the society.
He said that in many occasions, graduates become drunkards when they fail to get jobs, a conduct he said that can be avoided by all the graduates.
The professor amused the congregation when he told the grandaunts that they should read the book on stupidity if they don’t want to be stupid in what they will be doing.
Last Saturday, Gulu University has held its eighth graduation ceremony with 1053 graduands awarded with certificates, diplomas, degrees and master degrees in different academic disciplines.
