Grom Social is the latest social network for Kids.The new social network  which describes itself as the ”social network for the youth”  has already attracted nearly 7,000 users.

Grom Social  is  a three-month-old site now and was formed by an 11 year old kid called  Zachary Marks .Zachary’ parents  helped him register the company and are happy watching the idea of their kid grow to influence the social media for pre-teens and the youth.

Darren Marks, Zachary’s father realised that the  website as a potential investment and registered it as a company.He  helps his son to ensure that the site includes parental controls and is in compliance with the Children Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

“It has just started to catch on,” Marks told KSDK. “It’s amazing how this is all happening and taking off.”

The site gets  over 2,000 unique views and 6,000 page views per day ,according to USA Today.
