Christians in Lamwo district are happy to receive a donation from an Evangelical Ludgeri church of Nordan Germany worth 122 million shillings.

The donation is to be used for the construction of secondary and technical schools in Paloga Sub County in Lamwo district.

Dr. L. Muth, the Patron of the Evangelical Ludgeri church of Nordan city told Christians that it would boost the education of children in Lamwo district.

The Lamwo chairman L.C 5, Mathew Akiya Ocen highly appreciated the donation saying that the district is faced with a lot of challenges since the funds for PRDP have been withheld by the donors.

He also urged other charity organizations to channel in their help so that the local residents in Lamwo can re-integrate after over 20 years of  the LRA Insurgency.
