Chris Brown is currently under investigation over assault charges after being involved in a brawl with Frank Ocean but the 23-year-old has sworn he did not start it.

To prove his innocence, he has decided to contact the cops and tell them what really happened. His lawyer, Mark Geragos, has already contacted detectives and said the singer is ready, willing and able to give them the blow-by-blow, because he knows he did nothing wrong. If his word is not enough, they have footage showing that he is innocent, at least this time round.

The downside though is that Ocean too is innocent, according to the footage because he too does not take a swing at anyone, according to TMZ. The firght is said to have started in the parking lot, then moved into the lobby, and that’s where the camera captured the brawl.

However, a witness pinned Chris Brown saying he was the one who swung the first punch. The witness says Ocean refused to shake Brown’s hand which pissed him off and punched him. “They managed to break almost everything in the room and scare all of the staff members working” says the witness.

Chris fled the scene following instructions from his lawyer who told him if he ever got in a situation where trouble was brewing, he MUST leave immediately.
