Budaka district chairperson, Author Wako Mboizi has vowed to force retirement of all civil servants above the retirement age as this will foster smooth running of the district local government of Budaka.

Mr Mboizi said, 40% of the civil servants at the district are above retirement age which has most of the time interfered with running of the business in the district.

He further asserted that he is set to work together with the office of the CAO and RDC to ensure that he gets rid of all the aged civil servants.

According to Mboizi, the elderly civil servants block the chances of the youths who have the potential to do the work at a reasonable pace.
