The court of appeal has canceled the bail granted to Shanitah Namuyimbwa aka Bad Black .The city socialite is to be pushed  back to Luzira prison to complete her jail sentence of two years.

The registrar of the Supreme Court, Erias Kisawuzi stated on Tuesday that Bad Black failed to honour the bail conditions which were issued by court.

Black had been granted bail of sh100m  and according to the bail terms was  supposed to report to court every after two weeks ,the terms court says she has been defying.

In July  2012, Bad Black was sentenced to four years in prison after being found guilty of  defrauding  Daveshan Development Limited with her her colleague ,Medie Sentongo.
