Tress Bucyanayandi and the the former board chairman for National Agricultural Advisory Services(NAADS) Dr.Mwalimu Musheshe engaged in a bitter row.

Dr. Musheshe went ahead and accused Bucyanayandi for recommending his cousin brother Kamulegeya Kamayombo as the new Executive Director for NAADS and yet he was not eligible since he lacked the required academic qualification, adding that his board is on record for having fought corruption at the NAADS secretariat.

In his defense, Hon. Bucyanayandi  said that the board’s term could not be extended because Dr.Musheshe and some others members were corrupt and not working harmoniously with his ministry executive, thus leading to the recruitment of new faces.

The term office of Dr.Musheshe’s board expired on May 29th 2012, pending scrutiny  of its service to verify its eligibility for extension.
