Sophiya Haque Haque  an Actress who  played in Barmaid Poppy Morales in Coronation Street has died .Sophiya Haque died
in London at the age of 41,BBC said

The West End Actress Haque, was diagnosed with cancer before Christmas.She was suffering from pneumonia and is understood to have developed a clot on her lungs.

Her uncle, Syed Haque called her “a loveable person and very beautiful,” the Evening Standard reported.

“She has always been in the musical business and used to do ballet in her younger days,” he said.

Ms Haque lived in London with her partner, musical director David White, and the couple were in the process of building a houseboat when she fell ill.

She was currently performing the role of Sylvia in Privates on Parade for the Michael Grandage Company.

Ms Haque was also well known for her roles in West End productions including Bombay Dreams, The Far Pavilions and Wah Wah Girls.
