Marshall Bruce Mathers III, commonly known as Eminem was born on October 17, 1972 in Kansas City, Missouri.
Eminem has three daughters. Hailie Jade Scott, was born on December 25, 1995. Hailie was born to mother, Kimberly Scott. She has been in the spotlight due to her recent come out to show how grown up she has become.
His second daughter is actually his niece, Alaina aka Lainie, Laney Mathers who is the daughter of Kim’s twin sister, Dawn. Alaina is currently eleven-years old and she was adopted. Eminem has custody of his niece and is raising her as Hailie’s sister. She is also referenced in the song “Mockingbird” on Encore, as “Laney”.
Whitney Mathers is child to his ex-wife, Kimberley Scott. Eminem and Kimberly divorced after Eminem filed for divorce from Kim and asked for joint custody of their daughter, Hailie Jade Scott. “I’m in love with that girl, man. She’s so sweet and funny,” he talked about her before adopting her into his family.
Kimberly has been wife to Eminem twice. The first wedding was in June 14, 1999 at St. Joseph, Missouri and had only three guests at their wedding, including his mother, Debbi Mathers-Briggs, and two other guests.
Their second marriage was on 1/14/2006 in a small ceremony on the Oakland University campus in Rochester Hills, Michigan. Marshall was 33, and Kim 30.
Eminem’s biological daughter, Hailie is his pride and joy. He has rapped about her often in his songs. The songs “Mockingbird” on Eminem’s album Encore, “Hailie’s Song” on The Eminem Show, and Eminem’s 2005 single “When I’m Gone” are dedicated to her.
In the hook for, “My Dad’s Gone Crazy”, Hailie joins her father and this was not the only one she appeared. She also features prominently in Just The Two Of Us on The Slim Shady EP, later renamed ’97 Bonnie & Clyde on The Slim Shady LP.
Nathan Mathers is Eminem’s younger half-brother by 14 years, and is in his legal custody.
Despite being a controversial rapper, Eminem is clearly a family man who loves his family so much.
