Uganda Peoples’ Defence Forces have captured and recovered assorted items which include house hold equipments like source pans, plates, jerrycans, , solar panel domestic radio, clothes and fire arms from LRA rebels in Central African Republic.

While addressing journalists today, Col Felix Kulaigye  said that they  have also  managed to capture some rebels and kill two of them during the battle in the CAR jungles .

Col Kulaigye further said that the army has managed to capture guns of the enemies and revealed that the group which was arrested was under Dominic Ongwen and Kibwola.

“We also rescued a 6 year old child born in the bush whose father and mother are still in the bush and both are Ugandans. UPDF squad however rescued a 19 year old boy from DRC” Kulaigye noted
