US  Republic presidential candidate Mitt Romney has formally accepted the Republican party’s nomination to face  Barack Obama for the White House top Job.

Romney 65,promised to  avail millions of jobs to the unemployed in USA and turn around the economy he said Obama has crippled in the last four years.

“This Obama economy has crushed the middle class. Family income has fallen by $4000. But health insurance premiums are higher, food prices are higher, utility bills are higher and gasoline prices, they’ve doubled.

“Today more Americans wake up in poverty than ever before. Nearly one out of six Americans is living in poverty. Look around you, these aren’t strangers, these are our brothers and sisters, our fellow Americans. His policies have not helped create jobs, they’ve depressed them,” said Romney.

Most of Romney’s speech was aimed directly at those disillusioned with current president Barack Obama. His speech was watched on Primetime TV by millions of undecided voters.

America’s 57th presidential election takes place on November 6.
