Three candidates have withdrawn their candidature from Bukoto South by -election election ,giving way to NRM candidate Alintuma Nsambu to to have a greater opportunity to win the race.

Robert Rutaro , Joseph Sebayiki and Yusuf Lubega Masengele withdrew from the race after meeting President Yoweri Museveni.

The three met president Museveni at State House and he appealed to them to give a chance to Alintuma Nsambu have  room for victory.

Three  candidates who include  Mathias Nsubuga of Democratic Party, FDC’s Julius Ssentamu and Nsambu have remained in the race . The voting date is 12th July, 2012.

    who say No when Mzee says!! Nsambu is the right candidate to build Bukoto South. Few hours we shall see Mao resigning if DP could stick on their guns! Nsambu all of us we’re behind u!
