Kampala City Council Authority (KCCA) has closed down Nabukeera Plaza and Qualicel Building over poor sanitation.

According to KCCA health inspector, John Lule, Nabukeera and Qualicel Bus terminal owned by Drake Lubega has toilets which leak , with poor drainage and are very dirty which poses a health risk to people working from them

All the shops have been closed and the tenants have today spend most of the day outside with hope of  the buildings being reopened.

Qualicel Bus Terminal was closed yesterday while Nabukeera Plaza has been closed today afternoon.

Lule says the buildings will not be reopened unless the owners improve on the hygiene.
