A man alleged to have defiled a 5 year Old Juvinile has been committed to the high court by Mukono court grade two Magistarte Charles Kadiisi to answer charges of defilement.

Prosecution tols ,court that Brian Lubega 18 years a resident of Ssenyi landing site in buikwe District committed the offense on January 23, 2012 at Ssenyi Landing site.

Court also heard that the accused who lived in a neighbourhood with the victim requested her to escort him to a nearby forest to get mangos and on reaching there he instead forcefully had a sexual intercourse with her,

The duo were however followed by the victim’s brother one John Muteesasira who  caught Lubega red handed defiling her sister.

He made an alarm which attracted residents and the accused was rounded up, arrested and taken to Ssenyi Police post.

The presiding magistrate denied Lubega any plea and committed him to high court since the offense he committed is capital which can only be tried by the High court.
