Uganda has changed a lot with the increase in the political districts. Many Maps of Uganda do not have the new districts, actually some have less than 70. This map of Uganda is the most current one with all the districts on it.
1) How many districts has this map. 2) Just how latest is it. 2009, 2011, ??

I love the map; Uganda is growing in terms of number of districts but I am worried the surface area is the same. May be this is meant to increase the government services: people ratio.

why not because we need services close to people so that is the only way to go.
